Authentication with social networks

Registration and login data: email address and password, which we securely encrypt and cannot see, Facebook ID if you connect to the account through Facebook.

  • Technical/administrative data necessary to ensure the functioning and security of the account: user ID, account status (active, blocked, etc.), IP address, technical data of logins to the account and actions within the account.

  • Other information: indication that you have acquainted yourself with the Terms of Use of and/or Privacy Policy, date and time of acquaintance.

  • Automatically generated or recorded (including with the help of cookies and similar technologies) when you register, log in, or use the account (e.g., technical data).

1. What data do we process and why?


Data categories: your name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address, Internet Protocol (IP) address.

Legal grounds for data processing: your consent to use the Services under the terms and conditions stipulated in the Policy and / or the Rules.

Data processing term: the entire period while you use the Services. We may store your consent and evidence of it for a longer period of time, if this is necessary for defence against requirements, claims, or lawsuits brought against us.

For what purposes do we use your particulars?

We also use the contact data provided in your particulars (e-mail, telephone number) for the purposes of communicating with you, including responding to your requests and comments, providing you with important information about the Services, their provision and (or) changes to this Policy, by contacting you, if you have forgotten to accept your purchases or we have encountered problems with completed transactions, etc.

It is very important to make sure that the particulars you provide are accurate and correct. If you provide incorrect (false) data, forget it or fail to update any changed data, it may be difficult for us to ensure the provision of the Services, and you may also encounter problems in exercising your rights. In no case will we be responsible for any damages caused to you due to the fact that you provided incorrect or incomplete personal data. We will assume that your data is accurate and correct at the time of acceptance of your registration form, and that all your consents are given in the process of exercising your free will, after fully familiarizing yourself with this Policy and the Rules.

2. Processing of your purchase data

In addition to your registration data, we also process data about your purchase transactions (hereinafter referred as the Purchase Data) in the process of providing you with the Services and various advantages by concluding and executing purchase and sale agreements, making refunds (if you return the purchased item), giving discounts, etc.

Your Purchase Data is processed for the purpose of the Service administration:

Data categories: your name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery and residential addresses, date and time of purchase and delivery, product names, quantities, purchase prices and discounts granted, payment method used to pay for the purchases and payment information.

Grounds for data processing: your consent to use the account under the terms and conditions provided for in the Rules.

Data processing term: 5 years from the date of the purchase transaction.

How do we use your Purchase Data?

We store the Purchase Data for 5 years from the date of the purchase transaction, and upon the expiration of the period, we destroy and / or reliably depersonalize it, i.e., we irreversibly detach it from your particulars and other personalizing information.

3. Provision of offers and information

If you agreed to receive offers and news when filling out the registration form, we process your personal data whenever we provide you with such offers and information, e.g., general newsletters, information about our and our partners’ offers, discounts, promotions, sales, inviting you to participate in promotions, in games and win prizes by asking your opinion about the services and products provided, etc. We provide offers and information in your account, as well as in other ways of your choice: e.g., by e-mail, SMS messages.

The following personal data is processed for the purpose of provision of offers and information:

Data categories: your name, e-mail address, and (or) telephone number.

Legal grounds for data processing: your consent to receive offers and information.

Data processing term: as long as your consent to receive offers and news is in effect. We may store your consent and evidence of it for a longer period of time, if this is necessary for defence against requirements, claims, or lawsuits brought against us.

4. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, requests and feedback

We will use your personal data to respond to your inquiries, complaints, requests and to administer your feedback (hereinafter referred to as the Inquiry).

Data processed for the purpose of administration of inquiries, complaints, requests:

Data categories: identification and contact information provided by you: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, residential address, date of birth; contents of your Inquiry: the event you are contacting for, circumstances, date, and place thereof, your request, demand, or feedback, product, loyalty card number, other information provided in the Inquiry; other documents and (or) data submitted with the Inquiry: e.g., purchase receipt data, photographs; a recording of the telephone conversation, if you contact our Customer Service Helpline.

Legal grounds for data processing: fulfilment of our legal obligation to examine and respond to user Inquiries, as well as our legitimate interest in evaluating our customers’ feedback aiming to improving the quality of our activities and services provided.

Data processing term: we use your data only in order to be able to properly and objectively examine your Inquiry, provide you with the necessary information, answer your questions, resolve your requests or requirements for up to 12 months. We may also analyse the Inquiry data in order to improve the quality of our activities and services provided to you, taking into account your opinion and suggestions.
