For what purposes do we use your particulars?
We also use the contact data provided in your particulars (e-mail, telephone number) for the purposes of communicating with you, including responding to your requests and comments, providing you with important information about the Services, their provision and (or) changes to this Policy, by contacting you, if you have forgotten to accept your purchases or we have encountered problems with completed transactions, etc.

Data processing term: 5 years from the date of the purchase transaction.
How do we use your Purchase Data?
We store the Purchase Data for 5 years from the date of the purchase transaction, and upon the expiration of the period, we destroy and / or reliably depersonalize it, i.e., we irreversibly detach it from your particulars and other personalizing information.
3. Provision of offers and information
If you agreed to receive offers and news when filling out the registration form, we process your personal data whenever we provide you with such offers and information, e.g., general newsletters, information about our and our partners’ offers, discounts, promotions, sales, inviting you to participate in promotions, in games and win prizes by asking your opinion about the services and products provided, etc. We provide offers and information in your account, as well as in other ways of your choice: e.g., by e-mail, SMS messages.

We will use your personal data to respond to your inquiries, complaints, requests and to administer your feedback (hereinafter referred to as the Inquiry).
Data processed for the purpose of administration of inquiries, complaints, requests:
Data categories: identification and contact information provided by you: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, residential address, date of birth; contents of your Inquiry: the event you are contacting for, circumstances, date, and place thereof, your request, demand, or feedback, product, loyalty card number, other information provided in the Inquiry; other documents and (or) data submitted with the Inquiry: e.g., purchase receipt data, photographs; a recording of the telephone conversation, if you contact our Customer Service Helpline.
Legal grounds for data processing: fulfilment of our legal obligation to examine and respond to user Inquiries, as well as our legitimate interest in evaluating our customers’ feedback aiming to improving the quality of our activities and services provided.
Data processing term: we use your data only in order to be able to properly and objectively examine your Inquiry, provide you with the necessary information, answer your questions, resolve your requests or requirements for up to 12 months. We may also analyse the Inquiry data in order to improve the quality of our activities and services provided to you, taking into account your opinion and suggestions.
